Supporting mothers returning to work
Returning to work after having children can be a significant transition. You may be approaching the end of parental leave, returning after an extended period away from paid work, or already back at work and finding that the reality feels more complex than expected.
This period often brings practical decisions alongside deeper questions about identity, priorities and how to integrate work and family in ways that feel sustainable. Many women describe feeling pulled in different directions, uncertain about expectations, and unsure how to redefine success in this new phase.
We support mothers who are navigating the return to work and adjusting to the demands of combining professional and parenting roles. Our work focuses on creating space to think clearly about what matters most, how you want work to fit into your life now, and what support or changes may help you function well across both roles.
Our approach is warm, reflective and psychologically informed, while remaining focused on forward movement. We support you to clarify your strengths, values and capabilities. Then we explore patterns or pressures that may be contributing to stress or self-doubt, and develop strategies that are realistic for your current context.
Coaching sessions are available in-person in Caulfield South (Melbourne, Victoria) and online via Zoom.
