OUTPLACEMENT & Career transition services
We provide outplacement and transition services to support employees in a way that is considered, respectful and tailored to each individual’s needs. Our role is to help employees make sense of change, explore their options, rebuild confidence where it has been shaken and take tangible steps toward new roles or career paths.
Our outplacement support is delivered through one-on-one coaching. The work acknowledges both the practical and emotional aspects of transition, including the impact on identity and overall wellbeing.
We support individuals to clarify their strengths, experience, values and skills, and to translate these into realistic next steps. Where appropriate, this includes guidance on job search strategy, positioning and career planning.
For organisations, effective outplacement is about more than supporting exit. It reflects how people are treated at a point of change and has lasting impact on individuals, teams and organisational reputation.
